Director, Internal Consulting – Hong Kong

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Director for its Internal Consulting team in Hong Kong. You will lead high‑impact transformation programmes, act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, and help shape the future of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑regional consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams, influencing decisions.
• Build and maintain a sustainable network of senior client relationships across the firm.
• Provide thought leadership in operating model, technology, data, regulatory, and strategy.
• Structure and manage highly complex programmes while overseeing delivery by Senior Principal Consultants.
• Drive the evolution of the Internal Consulting practice through strategic initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage large‑scale change.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
