Director of Total Rewards (International Bank)

About the role

Our client is an international bank. They are now looking for a Director in their total rewards team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and implement Rewards and C&B programs that align with the company's strategic goals
• Develop, execute, and oversee employee benefits strategies and policies in alignment with the Employee Value Proposition framework
• Partner closely with Finance and HR team to oversee the HR budget
• Supervise payroll processes and operational workflows
• Work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment with overall company strategy
• Contribute to HR projects, organizational development initiatives as required

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources field, preferably in financial industry
• Solid experience in designing and implementing compensation programs
• Proven business acumen to influence organizational and people‑related strategies
• Good knowledge of relevant law, legislations and regulatory requirements relating to employment and tax
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to drive organizational change
• Confident in engaging with the business at a strategic level while also being hands‑on as needed
