Disputes Lawyer – 3+ Years PQE in Hong Kong

About the role

We are sourcing a high‑calibre litigator for a Tier 1 Dispute Resolution practice in Hong Kong. The team advises Asian and international corporates, listed companies, investment banks, funds and high‑profile individuals on complex, large‑scale commercial disputes. The work covers investigations, litigation and arbitration, including cross‑border matters, with collaboration across the firm’s international network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters.
• Work with partners on high‑stakes cases at all stages of court proceedings.
• Engage with AI and legal technology to improve dispute handling.

Required profile

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with 3+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing commercial litigation in an international private practice.
• Ability to provide strategic advice tailored to client objectives in contentious matters.
• Excellent academic record, strong legal skills and legal project‑management expertise.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proactive client manner and interest in AI and legal technology.
