Head of GEO / SEO / Growth Marketing (AI Driven)

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own and drive our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO strategy across key international markets. The role sits at the intersection of digital assets and fintech, focusing on AI‑driven search, content discovery and growth marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GEO strategy, optimizing content for AI‑generated results such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Lead traditional SEO efforts – technical SEO, on‑page/off‑page optimisation, content strategy and performance monitoring.
• Design and run paid media campaigns targeting the UK, Germany, Brazil, Spain and Portugal.
• Build a full‑funnel growth roadmap that combines organic GEO/SEO and paid acquisition for fintech audiences.
• Identify and implement AI‑powered marketing solutions, including AEO, AI content generation and automation tools.
• Monitor traffic, conversion and growth KPIs, providing regular analysis and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO/GEO or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving organic and paid traffic growth in international markets, especially UK, Germany, Brazil, Spain or Portugal.
• Experience in regulated financial services such as digital assets, investment or fintech.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Technical SEO expertise: site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4.
• CMS platforms: WordPress and common CMS implementations.
• AI platforms: Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and workflow automation.
