About the role

We are a fast‑growing brand based in Hong Kong seeking a dynamic marketing leader to shape and execute our growth strategy. This senior position will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition and revenue across consumer and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee creation and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the marketing team to deliver high‑performance results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Measure, report and optimise the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in marketing within the consumer and e‑commerce industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent analytical and project‑management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
