HR Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

Work with the Learning & Development team to design and drive the implementation of learning initiatives while supervising the Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and consolidate organisational learning needs to develop the annual training and development plan.
• Design, implement and evaluate learning programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage blended learning solutions, including classroom, virtual and e‑learning programmes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operation, enhancement and maintenance of the LMS and e‑learning platform.
• Support talent and leadership development programmes across employee levels.
• Organise internal seminars, workshops and professional development events.
• Review training sponsorship applications and monitor training effectiveness.
• Analyse learning data and metrics to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quality learning solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record designing and implementing corporate learning strategies.
• Hands‑on experience managing LMS and developing e‑learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and learning technologies.
