About the role
The Maintenance Technician I (E&M) will be responsible for daily repairs and preventive maintenance at the Happy Valley Clubhouse, ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards and Club policies.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily repairs and maintenance in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Complete work orders following Club policies, statutory compliance and report any discrepancies.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring tools and materials are available.
- Monitor vendor and contractor work to ensure compliance with Club requirements.
Required profile
- Apprenticeship or certificate in an engineering trade (Mechanic, Electrical, Electronics, Plant Mechanic, Civil Work).
- Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above).
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
