Manager, Products and Solutions - Stablecoin & Web3 Solution

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of stablecoin‑enabled and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong. You will shape new payment capabilities that connect stablecoin ecosystems with Mastercard’s global network, ensuring compliance, scalability and real‑world utility.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and business cases for stablecoin and Web3 payments aligned with global and local strategy.
• Conduct discovery with customers and partners to identify high‑impact use cases such as merchant acceptance, cross‑border payments and programmable payouts.
• Own end‑to‑end product development from concept through MVP to launch, translating regulatory and partner requirements into clear specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design system integrations, APIs and operational readiness.
• Drive agile execution, manage backlogs, sprint planning and release management.
• Lead partnerships with stablecoin issuers, wallet providers, exchanges, banks and fintechs to co‑create joint solutions.

Required profile

• Product leader with experience at the intersection of payments, digital assets, regulation and platform engineering.
• Proven ability to translate complex market needs into product requirements and deliver shipped outcomes.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills with regulators, issuers and ecosystem participants.
