Senior AI Native Engineer – Fullstack Development

About the role

Senior AI Native Engineer at Palo IT will lead development of complex full‑stack features using AI‑augmented practices, partnering with tech leads, architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑stack development with AI‑augmented tools.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews and AI‑assisted analysis.
• Design high‑performance, scalable solutions using AI‑powered approaches.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Identify and implement AI enhancements across applications.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in building scalable, reliable and secure applications.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and prompt engineering.
• Ability to validate and verify AI‑generated code.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
