Senior Consultant – Marketing Sales & Service (Customer Experience)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join its Customer Competency team in Greater China. The role focuses on helping clients in retail, consumer goods and technology sectors transform their marketing, sales and service operations through data‑driven strategies and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies that integrate AI, data analytics and CRM capabilities.
• Lead client engagements across industries such as beauty, FMCG, healthcare, luxury, semiconductors and new energy.
• Develop and deliver Intelligent Growth Model (IGM), AI‑enhanced CRM, and Commercial Mix Modelling solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.
• Provide measurable, scalable business value that drives revenue and profit growth for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or customer experience consulting, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business transformation.
• Ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
