About the role
As a Senior Designer at Nex, you will shape the visual direction of motion‑based games and interactive experiences for families. You will balance hands‑on design work with creative leadership, ensuring the platform remains playful, distinctive, and of high visual quality.
Key responsibilities
- Define and uphold Nex’s visual language across game studio projects, including original IPs and external partnerships.
- Elevate visual standards by championing craft excellence and innovative ideas.
- Establish benchmarks, style guides, and design review processes to ensure consistent, polished execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Publishing and other teams on production and promotion of games.
- Help cultivate a strong design team culture through feedback and coaching in coordination with the Senior Director of Design.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in communication design and art direction.
- Strong taste and attention to detail across typography, layout, color, composition and motion.
- Experience in the video game industry is a plus but not required.
