About the role

Our client, a well‑known company in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment and operation of their Kubernetes‑based platform.

Key responsibilities

Oversee deployment and management of Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines supporting canary, blue‑green and emergency roll‑backs.
Implement GitOps workflows for automated application deployments across clusters.
Set up monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and the ELK stack.
Maintain platform security, perform patching, vulnerability management and lead incident root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
Strong knowledge of security best practices and ISO‑27001 (a plus).

Required skills

OpenShift, Kubernetes, NGINX, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, Terraform.
Bash and Python scripting.
Prometheus and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring.
