About the role

Join a leading global technology services firm to drive automation, AI infusion and operational excellence across Windows infrastructure. You will act as the technical lead for Wintel environments, delivering innovative solutions that support the company’s sustainability and digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact for AI Infusion initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and driving AI‑powered solutions across infrastructure operations.
• Gather, design, develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Windows infrastructure tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Lead Major Incident Management activities within the Wintel tower, ensuring timely resolution, stakeholder communication and root‑cause analysis.
• Manage Business‑as‑Usual operations for Windows servers, meeting SLA, KPI, availability and performance targets.
• Drive automation and transformation initiatives such as server provisioning, patching, monitoring, reporting and workflow optimisation.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related Microsoft technologies.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, PowerShell automation and Wintel operations.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.
• Proven experience in Major Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server.
