Senior Real Estate Advisory Consultant – Valuation & M&A

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Real Estate Advisory team in Hong Kong. The role combines real‑estate valuation, financial modeling and M&A advisory, supporting CEOs, boards, private‑equity firms and governments on complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Dual‑Discipline Execution: Lead project delivery across real‑estate valuation (financial modeling, feasibility studies, market research) and M&A advisory (due diligence, deal structuring, pitch preparation).
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings, project updates and strategic insights to internal leadership and external clients.
• Project Ownership: Drive workstreams from inception to completion, identify roadblocks, propose solutions and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, valuation, investment banking or a related advisory field.
• Strong interest in the real‑estate sector and knowledge of Hong Kong and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations and articulate complex concepts simply.
• Hard‑working, resilient, adaptable “can‑do” attitude in a high‑performance Big 4 environment.
• Professional fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
