Senior Tax Consultant – Global Compliance & Reporting (Hong Kong)

About the role

Join EY's Global Compliance and Reporting team as a Senior Tax Consultant in Hong Kong. You will work with a worldwide network of tax professionals to help clients manage tax obligations, reduce risk, and seize opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical contributions to business tax compliance and advisory engagements for complex organisations.
• Prepare and review income tax returns, statutory accounts and estimated tax liabilities for domestic and foreign clients.
• Identify tax savings and risk‑mitigation opportunities and support their implementation.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients and tax authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules and other deliverables for clients.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business tax compliance and advisory work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and communicating progress.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude toward building productive client relationships.
