About the role
The successful candidate will join the supply teacher pool at GSIS, providing instruction for the German International Stream secondary classes as needed. This role supports the school’s commitment to high academic standards and student welfare.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver secondary German language lessons and related curriculum components on an as‑needed basis.
- Participate in safeguarding, child protection training and adhere to the school’s Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum continuity and smooth transitions between regular teachers.
Required profile
- Teacher training completed in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
- Registered Teacher Status in Hong Kong.
- Excellent spoken and written German.
- Culturally sensitive, tolerant and patient with a positive work ethic.
