Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Regal Hotels International is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior‑level hiring across its hotel and real‑estate businesses. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on recruitment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical positions, from role briefing to onboarding handover.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights and ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive job description library and an assessment toolkit including interview guides, competency questions and scorecards.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, job boards, LinkedIn and hospitality talent pools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and professional representation of the brand.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques, recruitment processes and market trends.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness and offer acceptance rates.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition experience, preferably with senior‑level hiring in hospitality, property or other people‑intensive industries.
• Strong hands‑on recruitment capability, able to manage multiple searches independently from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Self‑driven, organised and target‑oriented with a commercial, sales‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders, candidates and external partners.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
