About the role
The Telemarketing Executive will focus on promoting general insurance products to prospective customers via phone. This role is essential for driving sales and expanding the insurer’s market presence. Candidates must be comfortable engaging with callers and presenting product benefits clearly.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell general insurance products through outbound telephone calls.
- Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule follow‑up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Required profile
- Form 5 graduate with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 license for selling general insurance products.
- 1–2 years of telemarketing experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong service attitude and professional telephone manner.
Required skills
- Effective telemarketing communication skills.
- Ability to convey product information clearly over the phone.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
