About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our café at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin. The role supports the outlet manager in delivering high‑quality service, maintaining brand standards and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the manager in running the café efficiently in line with Hyatt corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor and control operating costs, adhering to budgetary targets.
- Support staff scheduling, training and performance management.
- Help maintain health, safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Team Leader position.
