Senior Catering Sales Manager

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Hong Kong is looking for a dynamic Senior Catering Sales Manager to lead and grow the catering business across its two luxury properties – The Ritz‑Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong. Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, designing event solutions and ensuring seamless delivery from sales to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clientele for event planning solutions and catering services.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop customised menus and themed events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the hand‑over process from sales to operations and back, maintaining high service standards.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals using creative selling techniques.
• Manage catering sales revenue, operational budgets and provide accurate forecasting reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good business acumen with solid market intelligence.
• Leadership, problem‑solving abilities and a passion for service excellence.
• Excellent command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
