About the role
The Guest Services Associate works in the Service Centre of a luxury hotel, providing personalized assistance to guests and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, fostering good working relationships.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally, adhering to proper telephone etiquette.
- Handle wake‑up call requests accurately.
- Work the overnight shift to support 24‑hour guest services.
Required profile
- Degree or higher diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (advantageous).
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internships.
- Fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese; additional languages are a plus.
- Committed and passionate about delivering anticipatory, detail‑oriented guest service.
