Facility Asset Management Manager (Contract)

About the role

Disney is hiring a Facility Asset Management Manager on a contract basis in Lantau Island, Hong Kong. The role reviews and develops the master project plan and project management approach for a portfolio of projects, leads a team of project managers and construction experts, and guides procurement and construction strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Review annual and long-range Integrated Facility Project Plans against local and global business plans, covering feasibility, operating requirements, financial returns, environmental impact, technical and local code compliance, funding and resources planning.
• Develop the strategic project plan, defining project structure, roles and mechanisms to plan, implement, monitor and review projects.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and construction experts across engineering disciplines and building professions.
• Provide guidance on project management strategy to achieve quality, budget and timeline objectives, and develop, monitor and review the Master Project Plan, Project Management Plan, Master Construction Schedule and Master Project Cost Plan.
• Review and develop procurement strategy, lead bid preparation and assessment, and guide construction strategy including phasing, sequencing, logistics, safety, quality control and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical and project management, portfolio management experience; experience on large-scale institutional, commercial, retail or hotel projects with a client is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional registration and corporate membership of a relevant professional institution (HKIE / HKIS / HKIA) is an added advantage.
