F&B Graduate Trainee – Hospitality Entry Program

About the role

The F&B Graduate Trainee program offers recent graduates a hands‑on introduction to food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will rotate through service areas, learn guest interaction standards, and support kitchen coordination while developing a solid foundation for a hospitality career.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, ensure dining areas are tidy and well‑presented.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and assist with timely service delivery.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory handling, moving items up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read menus and verify information accurately.
• Effective verbal communication with guests and team members.
