About the role
Front Desk Agents at Renaissance Hotels act as Guest Experience Experts, delivering memorable service throughout the guest’s stay. They handle check‑in/check‑out, respond to guest requests, and provide local area information while maintaining a safe and professional environment. The role requires being on your feet, moving throughout the lobby and public areas, and providing a hands‑on approach to service. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and ensure each interaction feels part of a unique stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑in and check‑out transactions and operational tasks.
- Address guest requests and provide information about the local area.
- Complete reports and documentation as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
