About the role

Join the Sheraton team as a Housekeeping Runner, where you will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This full‑time, on‑site position involves moving throughout the property to respond to guest requests and keep public and private areas spotless.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Assist with any additional reasonable duties as directed.

Required profile

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and move around the hotel.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to policies.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and quality.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb unaided.
