Server – The Lounge & Bar

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join The Lounge & Bar at the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering a memorable dining experience through attentive service, accurate order taking, and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take and transmit orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve food and drinks, clear tables, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle payment transactions and process guest checks in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold safety standards, uniform guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
