About the role
As a Service Centre Officer you will handle guest requests and coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth daily operations within a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
- Provide and record guest messages and wake‑up calls.
- Fulfill guest needs according to established standards.
- Answer general inquiries and explain the latest food & beverage promotions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel or customer service industry.
- Customer‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
