3PL Strategy & RFP Senior Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global 3PL Management, the Senior Manager, 3PL Strategy & RFP drives lululemon’s worldwide third‑party logistics strategy. The role combines strategic sourcing, contract governance, analytics, and executive reporting to ensure seamless cross‑regional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global 3PL Strategy & RFP team, covering program management, financial planning, analytics and performance reporting.
• Consolidate regional 3PL strategies into a unified global roadmap and support executive communications.
• Own the global 3PL sourcing and RFP governance framework, creating a multi‑year sourcing plan for partner selection, renewals and re‑bids.
• Coordinate global RFP sequencing to avoid resource conflicts and monitor contract expirations, renewal windows and lead times.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, KPI frameworks and related documentation, ensuring version control and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance standards for contract management, template usage and approval workflows.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, business cases and portfolio performance reports.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the Global 3PL organization, consolidating regional inputs and investment requests.
• Partner with Global and Regional FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting and financial reviews, maintaining visibility of OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global 3PL strategy, sourcing and RFP initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract governance, documentation standards and lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of building executive‑level dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience coordinating annual operating plans and collaborating with finance functions on budgeting and forecasting.
