Logistics & Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Logistics & Procurement Specialist supports procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and import/export operations. The role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services, efficient logistics, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and orders according to company policies.
• Source indirect materials, obtain quotations, and evaluate suppliers on price, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate order status, delivery schedules, and documentation with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and support performance monitoring.
• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, both local and international.
• Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning, and conduct stock reconciliations.
• Oversee warehousing activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• 10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
