Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will lead the optimisation of warehouse processes and drive end‑to‑end logistics projects across Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as the primary client liaison while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑standard warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing monitoring mechanisms to boost precision and efficiency.
• Lead full‑cycle logistics projects, from planning through delivery, tailoring solutions to client needs and ensuring timely, high‑quality implementation.
• Maintain 5S and other high‑standard onsite management protocols to guarantee a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
• Assess warehouse capacity (storage, equipment, personnel) regularly and implement improvement plans to raise productivity and service quality.
• Participate in annual budget planning, monitor operational costs and optimise resource allocation.
• Foster a detail‑oriented, process‑driven culture within the warehouse team through training and development.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of logistics/warehouse experience, including at least 3 years in project management or supervisory roles.
• Proven client‑facing experience, preferably with luxury brand clients.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, high sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
