Associate / Senior IT Audit & Assurance – Fintech (Hong Kong)

About the role

Deloitte’s Fintech Assurance team in Hong Kong is seeking motivated professionals to join as Associate or Senior IT Audit & Assurance specialists. You will help clients across industries manage technology, operational and fraud risks while delivering value‑adding insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform IT risk assessments and audits covering general controls, application controls and security reviews.
• Assist clients in improving accounting and financial processes through new technologies, tools and applications.
• Prepare clear written reports with findings and recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
• Develop innovative tools and solutions tailored to clients in banking, crypto exchanges, securities, insurance and multinational corporations.

Required profile

• University degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT audit, internal audit or related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA are a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality projects.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud, Alicloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Understanding of system infrastructure and operations in financial services environments.
