Solution Architect – Generative AI

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points and design technical solutions that deliver measurable business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagements from pre‑sales solutioning through implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops and proof‑of‑concept delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to product teams, articulate feature requests and help shape short‑ and long‑term road‑maps for GenAI and cloud offerings.
• Provide post‑sales solution support and collaborate with account executives to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or a comparable technical role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, demonstrated through past technical projects.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients in sectors such as retail, media, entertainment or gaming (preferred).
• Familiarity with GenAI, public cloud or edge network (CDN) products (preferred).
