Associate, Strategy & Analytics – Real Estate

About the role

Invesco is looking for an Associate to join its APAC Real Estate Strategic Analytics team in Hong Kong. The role provides broad exposure to real‑estate research and investment strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region, supporting market intelligence, house‑view development and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and quality‑check market data from proprietary and third‑party sources.
• Produce recurring analytics, charts, dashboards and market intelligence for APAC research and investment activities.
• Maintain data libraries, templates, trackers and reporting processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Support preparation of APAC house views, investment strategy discussions and investor‑facing materials.
• Assist with market forecasts, thematic research and day‑to‑day market coverage across the region.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI, automation and analytics tools to improve research efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Undertake ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, data analytics or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics or consulting.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data quality and documentation.
• Ability to produce clear, well‑structured analysis for internal and external audiences.
