About the role
Building Services Manager (or Assistant) role within a leading Hong Kong construction contractor, overseeing building services and electromechanical works on large‑scale projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report site installation progress, materials delivery, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all building services/electromechanical matters on site.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience managing large‑scale, multi‑discipline building services/electromechanical projects (candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant role).
