Clinical Training Manager, Vascular – Aortic Intervention

About the role

The Clinical Training Manager, Vascular – Aortic Intervention is responsible for developing, delivering and reinforcing clinical training programs for employees, distributors and customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Training – APAC, the role ensures training aligns with specialty goals and regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with division leaders, functional teams and operational units to ensure accurate, consistent clinical training content.
• Support global training structure while adapting to local and regional regulatory requirements.
• Work with regional training teams to set, measure and achieve training and development targets, including documentation and reporting.
• Monitor training metrics, gather feedback from customers and employees, and promptly address gaps.
• Deliver in‑field, classroom and virtual training on product knowledge, clinical practice, business and sales skills.
• Provide on‑site support for clinical training events, reinforce sales opportunities and offer case support in assigned accounts.
• Maintain training records in the Cook Learn system and ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory and product‑specific standards.
• Assist in annual budget forecasting, event calendar management and the development of training policies, procedures and qualification criteria.

Required profile

• College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical practice or training.
• Deep knowledge of vascular aortic devices and their clinical applications.
• Extensive experience delivering education and training in clinical or sales environments, both in‑person and virtually.
• Strong leadership abilities and proven ability to work with large groups and individual learners.
