Commercial Manager – Modern Trade (FMCG) – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts in Hong Kong for a fast‑growing global FMCG business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key modern trade accounts in Hong Kong.
• Create and execute joint business plans to deliver sustainable sales growth.
• Lead annual business negotiations, including pricing, promotions, trade terms, and investment plans.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless account management.
• Drive product listings, distribution expansion, promotional execution, and category growth initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and regular business reviews.
• Analyse account performance and provide recommendations to maximise profitability and market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles.
• Experience managing modern trade accounts within Hong Kong is preferred.
• Food & Beverage industry experience is highly preferred but not essential.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
