Community Operations Executive – Campaign Growth

About the role

BIT is looking for a Community Operations Executive to join its campaign‑driven growth team. You will manage and energise the community for a fast‑growing US‑stock investing user base across WeChat, WeCom, Discord, Telegram and the in‑app community.

Key responsibilities

• Daily community management: keep groups orderly, respond promptly to user questions and maintain activity.
• Translate campaign plans into community actions: teasers, launches, progress updates, winner announcements and Q&A wrap‑ups.
• Plan and publish ongoing community content such as market discussions, how‑to explainers and user‑generated content prompts.
• Run bilingual (Chinese and English) communities in parallel, handling posts, answers and announcements.
• Collect user feedback, turn recurring questions and suggestions into actionable takeaways for the product team.
• Identify and nurture core users, building a reusable pool of active community members.
• Track community metrics (size, activity, engagement, campaign participation) and deliver regular performance reviews.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in community operations, managing WeChat groups, Telegram or similar forums (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong bilingual communication and writing ability in English and Chinese.
• Ability to convert campaign plans into concrete community actions and timing.
• Availability to respond during US market hours and campaign launches.
• Preferred experience in fintech, brokerage or US equities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for content drafting, topic planning and feedback categorisation.
• Basic image editing and short‑video editing capabilities.
• Experience with community‑management bots or automation tools.
• Hands‑on experience managing public platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat official accounts and video channels.
