Social & KOL Manager

About the role

The Social & KOL Manager will act as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing both organic social media activities and influencer collaborations. You will shape content strategies, drive paid social initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of creator‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage content calendars aligned with platform best practices, cultural moments, and brand strategy.
• Develop social ideas, write copy, and partner with the art team on visuals.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social and media‑boosting campaigns.
• Report performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Source, shortlist and pitch influencers and creators that match briefs and budgets.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer relationships, including contracts, briefings, approvals and on‑site shoot coordination.
• Track trends, platform updates and emerging talent in Hong Kong’s creator landscape.

Required profile

• 5+ years of social media and/or influencer management experience in an agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently.
• Hands‑on content creator who can plan, produce and report on campaigns.
• Experience with paid social and media boosting.
• Strong knowledge of social platform formats, algorithms and emerging changes.
• Comfortable handling influencer paperwork, logistics and on‑site coordination.
• Analytical, organised and self‑directed.
