Consultant / Senior Consultant – Marketing Technology (Digital)

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join Deloitte Digital’s Marketing Technology team in Hong Kong. You will help clients design, implement and optimise digital marketing solutions, leveraging emerging technologies such as the Adobe Experience Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Consider end‑user experience throughout the development cycle to ensure high adoption.
• Manage your work against project plans and deliver superior client experiences.
• Analyse client business, sector trends and leading practices to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Develop and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Lead business‑process review meetings, capture functional and technical requirements, and groom user stories.
• Create reusable assets and support the implementation of digital marketing solutions aligned with business goals.
• Deliver change‑management activities, including end‑user training, to drive acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification IT consulting experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate client needs into technology solutions.
