DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Our client is a multinational organization undergoing a digital transformation across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. They are expanding their technology team and are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead modern software delivery, cloud‑native platforms and security‑first engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.
• Embed security controls, code quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions (Terraform, Ansible) to automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Support and optimise containerised platforms and Kubernetes environments on‑premise and in the cloud.
• Monitor platform performance, availability and security posture to ensure high reliability.
• Manage application releases, configuration management and environment governance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, application support or DevOps, with at least 5 years in DevSecOps.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for regional projects.

• Container & orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Application security: SAST, dependency scanning, vulnerability management, software supply‑chain security.
• Artifact repositories: JFrog Artifactory, container registries.
• Observability: Grafana, Dynatrace, EFK stack.
• Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Automated testing frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Cloud and collaboration tools: Azure, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
