Manager, Digital & IT

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, forward‑thinking technology leader to drive IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy and digital workplace transformation across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, global Digital & IT teams and external providers to strengthen governance, manage risks and boost employee productivity through modern, AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Digital & IT governance frameworks, policies, standards and operating procedures.
• Oversee ITSM processes, monitor service performance, SLA compliance and operate the PMO function.
• Support design and architecture reviews for digital solutions and manage project portfolio health.
• Lead network security and cybersecurity programs for IT and OT environments, including vulnerability management, security assessments, penetration testing and remediation.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, recovery planning and reporting.
• Ensure data‑privacy compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and other enterprise productivity platforms.
• Drive digital workplace initiatives, adoption programs and employee experience improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing IT teams.
• Hands‑on experience in IT operations, network and cyber‑security management; OT security experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISA or CISM are highly desirable.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
