Event Planner – Online Trading & Holiday Events

About the role

The Event Planner will design, execute, and continuously improve online trading and holiday‑themed events. You will own the end‑to‑end event SOPs, templates, and documentation standards while driving user acquisition and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and continuously optimize the event SOP process, execution/documentation standards, and event templates.
• Plan and operate online trading activities and holiday‑themed events to acquire new users and improve conversion, meeting short‑term and long‑term objectives.
• Innovate and iterate event formats through competitive research, user surveys, and other methods to enhance diversity and effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, identify hot topics, and align activities with product features and promotional plans.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze event data, conduct post‑event reviews, and propose solutions to meet timelines and quality requirements.
