Fulfillment Project Manager – APAC Logistics

About the role

lululemon is seeking a Fulfillment Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of distribution centre (DC) and logistics projects across the APAC region. The role will drive the implementation of new fulfilment capabilities, ensuring alignment with regional and global logistics objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones and manage budgets, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, finance and procurement to deliver projects on scope.
• Engage external carriers and 3rd‑party logistics providers, acting as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of new DC capabilities with existing systems such as TMS and WMS.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, identify improvement areas and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to multi‑carrier logistics, including delays and regulatory issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting metrics and potential deviations.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery times and enhance service quality through technology and data analytics.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape, regulatory requirements and carrier networks.
• Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience working with 3rd‑party logistics organisations.

Required skills

• Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Multicarrier parcel engine technologies such as Nshift or Centiro.
• Transportation Management System (TMS) integration.
