Graduate Program – Communications, Brand & CSR in Hong Kong

About the role

The 2‑year DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program places you in the Communications, Brand & CSR team in Hong Kong, where you will support media relations, internal and external communications, and brand strategy across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations activities on corporate, product, business and HR topics.
• Coordinate media requests, press conferences, interviews and corporate events.
• Produce content for external and internal channels, including press releases, social media posts, newsletters and presentations.
• Monitor and analyse media sources, generate daily APAC media reports and use corporate AI tools where appropriate.
• Support the implementation of a brand positioning strategy for APAC in collaboration with global communications teams.

Required profile

• Graduated or graduating in 2026/2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.
• Available to start on 6 September 2027 and have less than 12 months of full‑time relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong SAR and APAC media landscape, asset‑management industry and financial products.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar image‑processing tools.
