Head of Marketing, Asia

About the role

We are seeking a bold, commercially‑minded marketing leader to drive growth across Asia and the Middle East for a leading global law firm. The role will shape and execute the regional marketing strategy, align it with global priorities and deliver measurable impact through campaigns, brand initiatives and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that reflects local market needs while staying aligned with global objectives.
• Lead high‑impact marketing campaigns, events and brand activities to increase visibility and revenue.
• Advise regional senior leadership with data‑driven insights on marketing performance and investment.
• Manage regional marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate with business development, communications, corporate affairs and other business teams to ensure client‑centric, commercially focused marketing.

Required profile

• 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
• Proven track record of leading regional or global marketing strategy and delivering growth.
• Experience managing direct and matrix teams and mentoring senior marketers.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
