HR Manager – Investment Firm

About the role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function for a growing multinational investment firm. This senior‑level position offers the chance to shape company culture, people strategy, and operational effectiveness across an international workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and employee retention.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational development, and talent attraction to support business growth.
• Manage employee relations, mobility, and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and programs evolve with business requirements and expansion plans.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations, HR systems, records, and support regulatory due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with proven managerial responsibility.
• Broad generalist background covering talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Ability to operate confidently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
