維修技術員 (Maintenance Technician/ Service Engineer)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician provides on‑site technical support for mechanical and electronic equipment, ensuring timely installation, repair and preventive maintenance for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support to customers.
• Independently perform installation, dismantling, repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer repair requests.
• Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot faults.
• Install and maintain DataCard equipment.
• Carry out ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Work Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with strong teamwork spirit.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin.
