主要职责

接聽銀行電話客戶查詢/投訴熱線
向客戶解答銀行產品及各類查詢

任职要求

高級文憑或以上
良好的廣東話、英語及國語通話能力
熟悉中、英文電腦操作（MS Word、Excel等）
懂中文打字（速成、倉頡或拼音）
有相關經驗者優先考慮

必备技能

月薪 $19,000
夜班津貼 $3,000/月
有薪年假 14 天
