Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead small‑to‑medium construction and workplace projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and work with the quantity surveyor to stay within budget.
• Manage change control processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate communication and ensure effective information flow.
• Maintain project governance, produce progress reports and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Act as the primary client and consultant contact, capture lessons learned and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial office, retail or showroom fit‑out projects internationally.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to deliver low‑to‑medium complexity projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
