Resident Works Supervisor I

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Resident Works Supervisor I to lead on‑site construction activities for public works projects. The role involves ensuring that works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or equivalent technical qualification.
• Completed recognized technician or craft apprenticeship, or 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years post‑qualification experience or equivalent experience as a Resident Works Supervisor Class II on public works projects.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English at Secondary 3 level or above.
• Relevant certifications such as Blasting Competent Supervisor (BCS) are an advantage.
